My son, Marc Alexander Sinclair (born 29 June 1987), died aged 16 and 3 months, on 29/30 September 2003. He lived in Edinburgh and has a younger brother, Craig. He was taken from us very suddenly with meningitis.
He was a great boy - lovely looking, a lovely person, and so thoughtful. Craig and I and the rest of my family miss him so much. I still find it hard to believe he's gone, as he was so full of life. I still expect him to come walking down my garden path and say, 'Hi Mum, anything to eat?' He was so popular and had so many friends. Life has never been the same since he's gone, and never will. It's impossible ever to be really happy when you lose a child. But Craig and I loved him so much that his presence will be forever with us. It's so sad that Craig has to grow up without his big brother around him to speak to. We loved him SO much that you just can't put it into words. I look forward until the time we meet up again.

THE BROKEN HEART FEELS PAIN
I have always thought that a Broken heart
Was just a figure of speech
That the heart doesn’t truly break,

And then my loved one went away,

Moonboat to dreamland ♥
carry me off to dreamland
in a moonboat across the sky
sprinkle some stardust around my bed
and away through the clouds I shall fly
my angel will hold me closely
and sing me a lullaby sweet
and all through the night my teddy and I
will safely journey through sleep
